If you decide to go ahead, the project(s) will be defined: we draw up a project schedule confirming the work, costs and timescales.

We will agree to redefine or stop the project – whichever you prefer.
This no-quibble guarantee provides assurance that you will receive practical, value for money support.

Once you become a client you get access to a free helpline. All work being undertaken as part of an agreed project is chargeable. But any general matter that can dealt with over the telephone with a quick call is free. This means that if you have any questions or queries on tendering, advice is given free of charge.
For example, many clients ring for some quick advice on how to deal with a tender question. Access to free professional advice enables them to be confident on proceeding with the tender and increases their chances of success – at no cost whatsoever.
